southside uses junipero gin, fresh mint,
lime juice, a touch of sugar and a little
shot of fresh celery juice. loaded with
antioxidants to help deal with the haight’s
population of free "radicals".

GEORGIA MUD SQUID
this a dirty tribute to our favorite
animated backwoods cephlapod, of the
squidbillies. we've whipped up a batch of
brown party liquor from corn whiskey and
black tea, toss in a little pine cone liquor,
a splash of fresh lemon and a touch of
sugar, served with a flaming peanut shell.
this one has a buzz that lasts about...
forever. that's what i call an adult swim.
